Build your financial scenario

If the recommendation is to proceed, we estimate startup costs, operating expenses, and break-even points. In parallel, you begin identifying a credible, committed local country leader.

If you are an entrepreneur looking to lead the project, this local leader will help you engage with the first communities to test the model’s reception on the ground. If you are an investor, this is the time to identify the social entrepreneur who will lead the operations.

By the end of this phase, you will be ready to make an investment decision with hard numbers on the table.

Visit an active Hub

This step is optional but highly recommended. Experience the project from the inside in Ecuador or Nepal: attend community assemblies, talk with members, observe the team in action, and connect with local leaders. You will gain a deep understanding of not just how we do things, but why we do them.

After your time on the ground, the positive and lasting impact the project has on members and their families will be clear.

By the end of this phase, your initial inspiration will have evolved into the practical knowledge required to launch the project in your own region.

Validate the model locally

By this stage, conversations with local leaders will be well underway. You will also have a deep understanding of how the project operates and a clear view of the required investment. You will have all the information you need to decide.

If both the investor and the local entrepreneur agree that there is a genuine need for the project and a strong social fit, it is time to move forward.

Sign the collaboration agreement

Once the commitment to launch a Hub is established, it is time to formalize the partnership with Savinco. At this stage, we define roles, key milestones, and the roadmap for the first few months, while finalizing a detailed initial investment plan. You will have continuous support from Savinco throughout the entire process.

Our previous groundwork ensures that we begin with a clear roadmap. This framework guarantees that social impact grows on a solid financial and operational foundation from day one.

Operational readiness: setup & training

This phase lasts between 6 and 8 weeks and is designed to ensure the entrepreneur masters the model’s implementation before taking action. We begin with intensive training in Savinco’s methodology, procedures, and workflows—a learning process that acknowledges each region's unique reality and adapts to it.

In parallel, the legal vehicle for operations is established, and the Year 1 business plan is finalized.

By the end of this phase, the entrepreneur will be equipped with robust tools, and every essential element will be in place to launch field operations with full momentum.

Year 1: Pilot phase begins

Throughout the first year, you will build the foundation of the project in your region. The early stages focus on creating community engagement spaces to introduce our work—effort that will bear fruit as the first savings groups take shape. Meanwhile, the entrepreneur will build a team, primarily recruiting individuals from within the community who fit the profile of a field advisor.

Savinco will guide you through the entire journey. Initially, a member of our team will join you on the ground to tailor our modular methodology to the local context. By the end of this phase, your vision will be a tangible reality, and you will be ready to scale that impact as far as you choose.
